Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for production planning - Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to determine production requirements - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components - Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed - Communicate production schedules to the manufacturing team and provide updates as necessary - Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise - Continuously evaluate and improve production planning processes to increase efficiency
Experience:
- Proven experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices - Proficiency in using production planning software/systems (e.

, ERP systems) - Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions based on forecasted demand - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and techniques - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment As a Production Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
