Dan Stevens Family Dentistry is seeking a qualified receptionist/administrative assistant to join our awesome team.
We recently completed an office addition and remodel and added a doctor to the practice so we are looking to fill support positions to keep up with patient demand.
We have a great team and brand new work facility.
Qualified candidates will have experience in dental/medical reception, billing and scheduling.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering phone/customer service Submitting insurance pre-authorizations and following-up with patients Manually estimating treatment cost/verification of insurance Insurance processing Scheduling patient treatment Scanning documents and importing into patient charts Chart notation Importing x-rays Emailing other medical/dental offices Posting payments to patient accounts Sending monthly statements We are looking for team members that will be cohesive with our already talented and motivated staff.
New team members would ideally have the following personal qualities:
problem solver, adaptability, being a team player, willing to learn new things, good multitasker, professional demeanor and self-motivated.
Hours will be Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm.
Pay range depends on experience.
Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick and personal days.
401(k) and profit sharing available after one year of employment.
Prior dental experience is not required but preference will be given to candidates with experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
