Responsibilities:
Greet customers Answering phones calls/scheduling appointments Daily mail Processing Making copies and filing Calling and following up with customers about various topics Understand company processes and be able to effectively communicate with homeowners and other team members Qualifications/Abilities:
Organization Skills-must be able to stay organized and keep up to date with notes follow ups Communication- Vital to the success of our customers and employees Empathy- Always be empathetic with customers and other employees Drive-Driven individuals who want to succeed and maximize their success and potential Trust-We need to be able to trust each other, as well as be the trusted advisor for the customers.
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline Passion for learning a wide variety of skills Proficient in Google Docs/Microsoft office Salary/
