Responsibilities:
Run self generated and company provided leads and represent BRH to our customer base Hit sales goals and quotas weekly Participate in ongoing training, weekly meetings, and further your skills as a sales rep Be able to safely climb residential roofs to perform inspections and estimates Deliver sales presentations and listen to and fulfill customer needs Thoroughly understand the processes at BRH and be able to effectively communicate with homeowners and other team members Document lead and customer details in the CRM on a daily basis / in real time, ensure client information is accurate and update to date in the CRM, moving active projects through the workflow Qualifications/Abilities:
Organization skills- must be able to stay organized, keep up to date with notes, pictures, and lead follow ups Communication- this is vital to the success of the individuals as well as the company as a whole Empathy- we expect our employees to always be empathetic with customers, other employees, and everyone in life Drive- Driven individuals who want to succeed and maximize their success and potential are necessary for our company Trust- we need to be able to trust each other, as well as be the trusted advisor for the customers putting their faith in us to complete the project as desired Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings Desire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill set Salary/Benefits Constant performance-based commission and bonus structure to promote financial freedom Access to the latest technology, such as tablets and top-rated CRMs that will help you reach your earnings goals faster and more efficiently Employee Discount Weekly Base pay Paid training Group Health Simple Plan IRA with company match AVG pay $70,000-$200,000 Job Type:
