Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls/scheduling appointments Bookkeeping and data entry (Accounts Payable and Receivable) Social media marketing via company social media Job costing and budgeting Calling and following up with customers about various topics Proficient in Google docs/Microsoft office Thoroughly understand the processes at BRH and be able to effectively communicate with homeowners and other team members.
Document lead and customer details in the CRM on a daily basis / in real time, ensure client information is accurate and update to date in the CRM, moving active projects through the workflow Qualifications/Abilities:
Organization skills- must be able to stay organized, keep up to date with notes, pictures, and lead follow ups Communication- this is vital to the success of the individuals as well as the company as a whole.
Empathy- we expect our employees to always be empathetic with customers, other employees, and everyone in life.
Drive- Driven individuals who want to succeed and maximize their success and potential are necessary for our company.
Trust- we need to be able to trust each other, as well as be the trusted advisor for the customers putting their faith in us to complete the project as desired.
