THE OPPORTUNITYAs a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Human Resources leads initiatives to create an employee-centric, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, through well-defined and established HR principles focused on a quality first mindset and clearly defined, role-based standards & expectations centered around productivity, goal attainment, and organizational growth beginning at onboarding and ongoing throughout an employee's career at Server Products.
The Director of Human Resources possesses a strategic mindset, understanding the company's business goals, which informs their significant skill set in areas such as talent management, strategic planning, and change management.
The Director of Human Resources also have demonstrated experience in attracting, retaining, and developing talented employees and leaders within their departments and across a greater organization.
Ultimately, the Director of Human Resources objective is to recruit and retain the organizational talent required for the company to achieve its strategic imperatives while creating a positive employee experience that enables individuals to reach their full potential.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
